The semester fee must be paid directly to RWTH Aachen University.
*Please note that this fee changes every semester. The exact amount will be communicated by RWTH Aachen University by mail & can be viewed in RWTHonline.

The tuition fees and the semester fee of RWTH Aachen University are 2 different payments that have to be transferred to 2 different bank accounts!
