After my dental study in Heidelberg I started my career in dental industry. As responsible person for R&D I had my first contacts with a 3D-diagnostic tool. During my scientific work after the training as Oral Surgeon at University Cologne I got a deep insight into the development of CBCT. Since 2007 I perform CBCT courses for various organizations under the specific German legislative requirements for radiation protection. My goal for these often assumed “boring duty” courses is to provide the relevant information with some entertainment and intensive clinical experience and background in all sections of dentistry.
